You can’t miss Amami if you find yourself in Canggu, Bali and in need of some plant-based comfort food. We had the pleasure to have them sharing THREE recipes with us in our vegan cookbook. Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread similar in style and texture to pizza dough. Focaccia can be used as a side to many meals or as sandwich bread and can be served as an antipasto, appetizer, table bread, or snack! Today, we are revealing their Vegan Focaccia Genovese recipe with you! Super easy to follow and yummy!
Run by a lovely Italian couple, Amami Canggu is an authentic 100% vegan Italian restaurant in Bali. The eatery itself is quaint and cozy, and we love their heartwarming, satisfying and delicious dishes!
Our other favorites at Amami include the Gnocchi Coi Fiocchi & Risotto Col Botto (both recipes are in the Bali Restaurant Guide + Cookbook), Vegan Carbonara and Vegan Croissant.
